GOOD QUESTIONS.
CLEAR ANSWERS.

Do I need a full truck or a part load?

The choice depends on the cargo footprint, weight, timing and handling requirements. Dedicated capacity can suit a full load or a specific schedule; a part-load option shares capacity with other shipments. We compare suitable arrangements using your cargo details.

How should the goods be packed?

Packaging must suit the cargo, handling and journey. State whether goods are palletised, stackable, fragile or require special securing, and provide dimensions including packaging and any overhang. Declare non-stackable cargo before quotation so the space requirement can be assessed.

What should I confirm at collection and delivery?

Provide access restrictions, opening hours, appointment requirements and the equipment available for loading and unloading. Tail-lift, crane or other assistance must be requested in advance and confirmed as part of the service.

Is the price based only on kilograms?

Not necessarily. Vehicle capacity, occupied space, stackability, route and service requirements can affect the rate. Part-load tariffs may use chargeable weight or loading metres; full-load pricing is usually based on the agreed movement. The quotation sets out the applicable basis.

Does the carrier’s liability cover the full value of my goods?

Not automatically. Carrier liability is subject to the applicable rules, limits and circumstances; it is different from cargo insurance. If you need additional protection, raise this before collection so the available coverage, exclusions and conditions can be confirmed separately.
