TIME MATTERS.
SO DOES THE PLAN.

We assess the shipment dimensions, readiness and required delivery date before proposing an air routing. Collection, airport handling and final delivery are considered alongside the flight leg.

A flight is only one part of an urgent delivery. We look at collection, cargo acceptance, connections and final delivery together, so the proposed routing serves the actual deadline.

Routing options

Compare available routings against transit requirements and cargo characteristics.

Collection and delivery

Connect the airport movement with road transport at either end.

Cargo preparation

Coordinate packaging information, dimensions and handling requirements.

Shipment coordination

Maintain a clear point of contact for documents and operational updates.

GOOD QUESTIONS.
CLEAR ANSWERS.

What information is needed for an air quote?

Send the commodity, piece count, packed dimensions and gross weight of each piece, origin, delivery address and cargo-ready date. Include your required arrival date and flag batteries or other goods needing special acceptance.

How is chargeable weight calculated?

Air freight commonly uses the greater of gross and volumetric weight. A common volumetric calculation is length × width × height in centimetres divided by 6,000 for each package, then added together. The carrier’s tariff, rounding and service rules apply; express courier services may use a different divisor.

Is the quoted transit time guaranteed?

Flight time is not the same as door-to-door delivery time. Collection, airline acceptance, connections, clearance and final delivery also matter. We confirm the proposed schedule and service conditions; an estimate is not a delivery guarantee.

Can batteries or dangerous goods travel by air?

Acceptance depends on the classification, packaging, documentation, airline and route. Declare these goods when requesting a quote, with safety and technical information where relevant. Do not assume acceptance until the required checks and arrangements are confirmed.

Can collection and final delivery be included?

Yes, where suitable arrangements are available. Tell us the full addresses and site requirements. We confirm those stages and their charges in the quotation, alongside the air movement.
